RepVise Terms of Service

Service Access
RepVise™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse RepVise™, including: reverse engineering the service, attempting to access another organization's data, uploading malicious files, using the service to violate any law, or interfering with the integrity or performance of the service.
Recording Consent
You are responsible for obtaining all consents required by your jurisdiction, your customers, and your company before recording or uploading sales calls. RepVise™ does not provide legal advice on recording laws and is not responsible for compliance with them.
AI Output Limitations
RepVise™ uses AI to generate transcripts, scores, and coaching recommendations. These outputs may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed by your team before being relied on for business decisions. RepVise™ does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Subscription and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to RepVise™, including call recordings, transcripts, customer information, and notes. We obtain a limited license to process this data only to provide the service to you.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use RepVise™ to record conversations without legally required consent, store data subject to specialized regulatory regimes (such as protected health information) unless otherwise agreed in writing, or attempt to derive a competing service from RepVise™'s outputs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepVise™'s aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. RepVise™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of RepVise™ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
