AI Output Disclosure
RepVise uses AI models to transcribe sales conversations, score them against the RepVise 100-Point Revenue Recovery Framework, and generate coaching recommendations. This page describes what that output is — and what it is not.
AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect
Transcripts, scores, and coaching recommendations are AI outputs. They can miss context, misattribute speakers, mis-hear language, or misclassify a moment in the conversation. Treat every output as a starting point for review, not a verdict.
Scores and recommendations require human review
A manager or reviewer should confirm scored moments and coaching recommendations before acting on them. Do not rely on RepVise as the sole basis for a decision.
RepVise does not provide legal, employment, regulatory, or compliance advice
Nothing produced by RepVise constitutes legal, HR, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that require that expertise.
AI output must not be the sole basis for consequential decisions
Disciplinary action, compensation changes, hiring, termination, and legal decisions must be based on your own judgment and process — not on RepVise output alone.
Customers remain responsible for lawful use
You are responsible for lawful recording of conversations, obtaining consent as required in your jurisdiction, complying with applicable data-protection laws, and how managerial decisions are made based on any output.
Outputs may change over time
Product outputs, scoring, and recommendations may change as models and scoring systems are updated. Prior outputs are snapshots and should not be treated as fixed rulings.
