RepVise™ is built to protect your sales conversations, team data, and customer information.

Data Privacy

Your account data, recorded calls, transcripts, scores, and coaching reports are scoped to your organization. They are not shared with other customers, not listed publicly, and not used to train third-party models.

Consent-First Recording

Recording laws vary by state. RepVise™ is designed to support consent-first recording workflows — reps confirm customer consent before pressing Record, and consent is logged with each conversation.

Call Recording Security

Audio files are stored in a private storage bucket. They are never made publicly accessible. When playback is needed inside the app, RepVise™ generates short-lived signed URLs that expire automatically.

AI Processing

Transcripts and AI scoring use trusted model providers over encrypted connections. RepVise™ sends only what is needed to perform the analysis, and results are written back to your organization's private records.

Organization Access Controls

RepVise™ enforces strict row-level security at the database layer. Members of one organization cannot read or modify another organization's calls, deals, follow-ups, or reports — even by attempting direct API access.

Billing Security

Payments are processed by Stripe. RepVise™ never sees or stores your full card details. Billing actions (upgrade, downgrade, cancel) are restricted to organization owners and admins.

Data Ownership

Your recorded calls, transcripts, AI reports, and customer information remain your data. You control who in your organization can see them, and you can request export or deletion at any time.

Data Deletion

Owners and admins can request deletion of recorded calls, transcripts, AI reports, or full account data from Settings → Security. We will process verified requests and confirm completion.

Responsible AI Use

RepVise™'s AI generates coaching recommendations and scoring. It is designed to support — not replace — human judgement. Always review AI insights with your team before making business decisions.

Files and database records are stored on infrastructure that encrypts data at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS.

Role-Based Permissions

Owners, admins, managers, and reps each see only what their role allows. Reps see their own calls; managers and owners see team-wide data.

No Public Data Exposure

Customer details, transcripts, scores, and pipeline information are never indexed by search engines or exposed on public pages.

Customer Data Ownership

Your data is yours. You can request export or deletion of recorded calls, optional imported audio, transcripts, and AI reports at any time.
