RepVise Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email, organization), content you upload (call recordings, notes, deal details), data generated by your use of the product (transcripts, AI scores, coaching reports), and limited technical data (IP address, browser, usage events) to operate and secure the service.

Account Data

Account information includes your name, email address, role within your organization, and authentication credentials managed by our identity provider. Passwords are never stored in plaintext.

Recorded Calls & Imported Audio

Recorded calls and any optional imported audio are stored in a private storage bucket scoped to your organization. They are not made publicly accessible and are only retrievable through short-lived signed URLs generated for authenticated members of your organization.

Transcripts and AI Analysis

RepVise™ uses third-party AI providers to transcribe and analyze your calls. Transcripts and AI-generated scores, reports, and recommendations are stored within your organization's records and used to provide coaching and reporting features inside the product.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. RepVise™ does not see, handle, or store your full card details. We retain only billing metadata required to operate your subscription (plan, status, invoice references).

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use limited analytics to understand product usage and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers required to operate RepVise™ (cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processor, email infrastructure), under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.

Data Retention

We retain your account and product data for as long as your subscription is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of recorded calls, optional imported audio, transcripts, AI reports, or your full account data at any time.

Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your data, sign in and visit Settings → Security → Request Data Deletion. You may also email us at hello@repvise.com. We will confirm and process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
